Emma Ellul is a loving ‘Mumma’ to 3 courageous, beautiful, kind, loving, and unique children. Her philosophy on life is to LIVE, to say YES to life as much as you can, to live from LOVE, not from fear, and to CELEBRATE as much as possible in her every day life. She is passionate about living from a place of LOVE, CONSCIOUSNESS, AUTHENTICITY and JOY.
Emma holds a Diploma in Holistic Counselling & Coaching, Womens Wellbeing Coaching and Certificates in Meditation for the treatment of Depression and Anxiety. She supports all people to completely embrace their lives, realise their potential and bring their confidence out.
She also is a qualified Yoga teacher holding regular workshops and classes.

"Feel The Love" Children's Book
This LOVING bedtime book with affirmations teaches our children the skills of releasing anxiety, stress, and negative emotions.
These emotions may have been stored away in their mind, and/or bodies for a long time, or maybe just from their day to day. It instead teaches them to cultivate forgiveness, relaxation, connection, positivity and hope.
It helps our little people to connect with their breath and experience the different feelings, awareness and relaxation within themselves that conscious breathing brings.
They will learn how to focus their attention on different parts of their bodies that need relaxing. Not just before bedtime, but anytime! Peace is then found, knowing that no matter what happened today, they get a brand new tomorrow to do things differently.
